Training Camp for Athletes is now open and offering individual and team lessons for football and speed/agility training. We will offer 1 on 1 lessons, 3 man lessons or team lessons. If for instance 3 offensive linemen (center, guard and tackle) want to work out together to keep their spacing or to work blocking schemes, schedule a session with Mo Thompson to learn proper techniques and mechanics. Or on another hand if a quarterback and wide receiver want to work on pass routes and timing. At Training Camp we want to teach fundamentals, good foot work, speed, power and overall understanding of each position on the field. Each lesson will be position specific, meaning if you are a quarterback you will be working with a quarterback instructor and not a defensive line coach. Our lesson packages will be priced based on age.
One-on-One lessons:
- 10 and under $25 per hour.
- 11 and up $35 per hour
Group lessons:
- 3 or more $15 per athlete per hour
- 6 or more $10 per athlete per hour
Speed/agility training:
Speed & Agility Training will also be offered and will follow the same basis as football training. With speed/agility training each athlete will be taught proper running technique, proper warm up ad cool down. You will learn how to become faster and stronger off the ball, improve your 40 time and even hand eye coordination. With speed/agility training each athlete will learn to correct the little things that it takes to become a complete athlete. |
